I love to travel, and I enjoy taking wedding photographs across the UK. My Business Objective Many newly-weds usually say that their wedding day goes so quickly, and I advise them to try to slow down and have fun. My objective is to capture these wonderful moments for them in a natural, innovative and unobtrusive manner. My Photo Style I believe that every wedding is unique, so I enjoy getting to know each couple on a personal basis to gain the most natural, at-ease results. My photo style is laid-back, casual and centred on the couple. Personally, photography is a kind of storytelling; this has been the case from the moment I picked up a camera. My Home, Job and Surroundings I live in Hove and travel to surrounding areas. However, my photography practice is situated in Brighton. I am surrounded by beautiful venues for a seaside wedding. Growing up, I lived in Kemptown, and there are many things about this lively area of the city that I like. Brighton is perfect for lazy days in The Lanes, having BBQ’s by the sea, discovering a wealth of pubs and eateries and for taking picnics on Hove lawns. These are some of my favourite places for a wedding: Proud Cabaret, The Bandstand, Hotel Du Vin, Stammer House and The Coach House. Sussex: An Idyllic Wedding Location I really think Sussex has some of the most beautiful areas in England. I enjoy long muddy walks in the downs, drinking greencrean tea in Alfriston, seeing local farmhouses in spring and taking a swim in the sea during summer. There are lots of locations for wedding parties and great wedding photos in Sussex, whether you’re after exciting boutique hotels, rustic barns and or decadent Manor Halls. If I had to choose, my favourites are The Gallivant, Fitzleroi Barn, The Laughton Barns, the George in Rye, Alexander House and Ashdown Park. My Recreation Activities When I am not taking photographs, I love to see plays at the theatre, watch movies and read novels.
